Do you provide in-school training?

What is your refund policy?

Tickets are not refundable unless the workshop or event has been cancelled by SPELD SA. Please click this link for more information: Cancelletion policy  

I cannot attend my workshop. Can someone else take my spot in the course?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to a friend or work colleague. Please email workshops@speldsa.org.au to make this request. We require their information to ensure they have everything they need for the training.

What happens when we have doubled booked?

If you have double booked a workshop, you will need to send us an email at workshops@speldsa.org.au for us to provide a credit. We do not provide refunds for double bookings.

How long do I have until my credit expires?

If you have received a credit from us, you have until 6 months of your original order to use it.

Can I use my credit on a different workshop or SPELD SA shop products?

Yes

Where can I request a credit? Or instructions on how to use it?

Please email workshops@speldsa.org.au and one of our team members will help you.

Can I order a workshop ticket and request an invoice to give to my school?

Yes. When at the checkout, select 'checkout as guest' and then select 'invoice or purchase order.' After you submit the order, you'll receive an invoice. You must forward this invoice to your accounts team for them to make payment.

How long do we have until we must pay on invoice?

You have 14 days to pay the invoice. However, if the event date is sooner, you must pay before the event.

Do you recommend booking in early?

Yes, we recommend booking in early to avoid disappointment of not being able to attend the event.

Do I need to bring anything to my workshop?

1 week before the event you will receive a reminder message about the workshop. In this email you will be informed if you need to bring anything.
